岳阳港临湘港区鸭栏码头升级改造方案研究

摘要:

岳阳港临湘港区鸭栏码头存在进港航道水深不足、装卸作业效率低、安全隐患突出、码头运行环境污染严重以及岸线利用效率较低等问题,升级改造势在必行。采用平面二维水沙数学模型分析不同航道流量条件下两种进港航道布置方案对长江主航道通航水流条件和临近整治建筑物稳定性的影响,确定了码头进港航道合理布置方案。结合工程区域水生态保护要求,调整了码头的功能和定位,将煤炭等污染货种逐步退出服务范围。在维持原岸线长度前提下,将2个3 000 t级泊位升级为3个3 000 t级泊位;通过对码头结构和装卸工艺等的综合分析,推荐采用高桩直立式码头方案,该方案有效降低了码头作业安全隐患和环境污染,提高了码头装卸效率和岸线利用率。研究成果可为同类码头工程升级改造提供参考。

Abstract:

The Yalan Wharf in Yueyang’s Linxiang Port Area faces multiple challenges,including insufficient channel depth,low handling efficiency,notable safety risks,significant pollution,and inefficient shoreline use,making wharf upgrades and renovations imperative.A two-dimensional sediment-transport model was used to assess two channel layout alternatives under varying flow conditions,evaluating their effects on navigation hydraulics in the main Changjiang channel and the stability of adjacent regulation structures.Based on the results,an optimized entrance-channel layout was identified.In line with ecological protection requirements,the wharf’s function was reoriented by gradually phasing out pollution-intensive cargo such as coal.Without extending the shoreline,the layout was reconfigured to increase capacity from two to three 3 000-ton berths.Comprehensive analyses of wharf structures and cargo handling technology led to the recommendation of high-piled vertical wharf.This integrated approach reduces operational safety risks and environmental impacts while improving handling efficiency and shoreline utilization.The research provides a reference for similar wharf upgrade projects.
